In Response to Coronavirus, US-Mexico Border is Closed to Non-Essential Travel
President Trump announced part of the US-Mexico border will be closed until further notice. Non-essential travel is not allowed to help slow the spread of Coronavirus. Non-essential travel includes tourism and recreation travel, on a normal day one million people cross the border. The border closures will not affect economic activity from crossing the border.
